The objective of the Employee Recognition Program is to enhance the pride and morale of employees by formally recognizing their contributions to the efficient operation of the institution.

Cougar Recognition

This award will be based on an employee's job performance, devotion to duty, and cooperation.

Employee of the Year

This award is designed to recognize one current employee each year as having shown exceptional abilities and efforts at CVCC.

Outstanding Adjunct Faculty

This award acknowledges outstanding service of any employee who has consistently excelled in his/her work.

Outstanding Administrative Faculty

This award acknowledges outstanding service of an administrative faculty member who has consistently excelled in his/her work.

Outstanding Faculty

This award acknowledges outstanding service of a full-time faculty member who has consistently excelled in his/her work.

Outstanding Full-time Staff

This award acknowledges outstanding service of a full-time staff member who has consistently excelled in his/her work.

Outstanding Part-time Staff

This award acknowledges outstanding service of a part-time staff member who has consistently excelled in his/her work.

These awards are for contributions or activities in Teaching, Creative and Scholarly Engagement, Institutional Responsibility and/or Service.
