Who is this for?

This workshop is designed especially for those who have difficulty when something or someone disrupts their schedule or routine, which happens in the workplace daily. That’s why these skills are so important to develop. This is where most work-related daily stress comes from, and many do not operate well under stress, so your employer NEEDS workers who can deal well with the disruptions and interruptions. If you don’t like change, this workshop is a MUST!

What will you learn?

This workshop will teach you how to “go with the flow” & “roll with the punches”. You will learn how to prepare in advance for common things that come up in the workplace that cause the need to adapt & be flexible. You will learn how to calmly resolve situations and make rational decisions. You will learn some tools that will help you deal become more adaptable. Before the workshop ends, you will welcome change in the workplace and learn how to utilize change management to position yourself for advancement in your company.
