My success is no accident.

This past June, students in the NCCER Electrical Core program completed the Spring term with a 100% pass/credentialing rate.  This is no easy feat and we are all proud of our students accomplishments.

“I know the students work very hard, but we also have the ‘best’ instructor for the Electrical Program” says Debra Short, Workforce Development Coordinator at CVCC. Electrical Faculty, Aaron Payne, is pushing for 100% for our Electrical boys that will finish early June.

This is our first group of students that have been together for 3 semesters and passed Core, Electrical 1 and now Electrical 2,  both classes passed with 100% in the classroom and the credentialing.

We are so proud of our students and again so thankful for the amazing faculty that have invested time to equip our students for their career start as Electricians here in Central Virginia.

Well done, Cougars!
